The ads should not show up when you've purchased either of these two in-app upgrades:
  • Professional
  • Ad free

Try to fix the issue yourself

There is currently no known bug associated with this issue in the app, so the issue most probably is related to one of the following:

  • Ensure that your chosen user in the Google Play app, still is the same as the user you used to purchase the upgrade.
  • Clear the cache and data of the Google Play app. Sometimes the cache doesn't update properly to reflect purchases and therefore needs to be refreshed. This is a safe operations, since all data associated with your Google account is stored in the cloud, and this will only force it to be refreshed on your device. After you've cleaned the cache and data, completely restart the app or even better: restart your device.
  • Restart your device.

If none of the above works, please contact our support. To make it easier for us to track down and solve the issue, please send us a screenshot of your in-app store screen and if possible also include the receipt you got from the store when you performed your purchase.

For Google Play: If we cannot solve the issue, we will of course perform a full refund of your purchase. In order to do that we need the order number of your purchase, since it is the only way for us to identify the purchase.
