Troubleshooting In-App Purchases
Google Play Issues
Common Problems and Solutions
Problem: App doesn’t activate after purchase.
Solution: Ensure you’re logged into Google Play with the same account used for purchase.
All in-app purchases are tied to the specific Google account that made the purchase. They cannot be transferred between accounts. If you use multiple email addresses on your device, make sure you’re signed in to Google Play with the same account you used for the purchase.
Step-by-Step Troubleshooting Guide
If the above doesn’t resolve your issue, follow this comprehensive Google Play troubleshooting guide:

Steps:
- Go to your device’s Settings → Apps (or Application Manager)
- Find and tap Google Play Store
- Tap Force Stop
- Go to Storage → Clear Cache → Clear Data
- Reopen Google Play Store and try your purchase again
