Problem: App doesn’t activate after purchase.
Solution: Ensure you’re logged into Google Play with the same account used for purchase.

All in-app purchases are tied to the specific Google account that made the purchase. They cannot be transferred between accounts. If you use multiple email addresses on your device, make sure you’re signed in to Google Play with the same account you used for the purchase.

Force Stop and Clear Play Store Data

As an additional step, you can force stop the Google Play Store and clear its cache:

Steps:

  1. Go to your device’s SettingsApps (or Application Manager)
  2. Find and tap Google Play Store
  3. Tap Force Stop
  4. Go to StorageClear CacheClear Data
  5. Reopen Google Play Store and try your purchase again

To request a refund from Apple:

  1. Open iTunes on your computer
  2. Click your email address in the top-right corner

  4. Find the app and click Report a Problem
  5. Choose your reason and submit
