On IOS devices, the app supports iTunes file sharing. You can find a good Apple guide here:

Another way to transfer the files (at least for reasonably small recordings), is by mailing them to yourself using the share function on the Recordings screen: http://exelerus.com/ostic/kb/faq.php?id=5

The file names always begin with the prefix "ghostradio_".
